Dr. of Pediatrics Max Bulmash

Dr. Max Bulmash began his medical education by studying in a pre-med program at Yeshiva University in New York. Soon after obtaining his Bachelor of Arts, Dr. Max Bulmash enrolled at University of Maryland’s School of Medicine in Baltimore. While in medical school, Dr. Max Bulmash concentrated on pediatrics, and he later completed a residency in the field at Maimonides Medical Center. Additionally, Dr. Max Bulmash fulfilled a psychiatry residency at Sheppard Pratt Health System. After receiving this training, Dr. Max Bulmash accepted a position with Kensington Pediatrics, where he currently works as a primary care pediatrician, as well as a pediatric psychiatrist and endocrinologist. Dr. Max Bulmash has experience treating a wide variety of illnesses and conditions, including bone and joint infections, anemia, chronic bronchitis, thyroid disorders, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), and ADD/ADHD. Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Max Bulmash also provides routine developmental care with audiometric and allergy tests. Supplementing his pediatric practice, Dr. Max Bulmash is affiliated with the New York Methodist Hospital, Maimonides Medical Center, the Chevra Hatzalah Volunteer Ambulance Corps, and the New York Pediatric Society. Dr. Max Bulmash also assists non-profit organizations such as the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, which seek to better the quality of health care throughout the country. When he is not working, Dr. Max Bulmash enjoys spending time with his nine children and wife. An avid reader of Risa Miller’s works, Dr. Max Bulmash is currently training to become a small plane pilot. Dr. Bulmash also takes pleasure in playing the electric bass, creating pottery, and operating ham radios.
